This policy explains, in plain language, what is collected when you visit thefours.org and what happens to it.

You do not need an account to browse the site. We do not ask for your name or phone number unless you request a reservation. We do not sell data to advertising networks.
What we collect
- What you give us: the name, phone, date, time, number of guests and any note you pass on by phone or WhatsApp for a reservation.
- Collected automatically: IP address, browser information, the page you view, the referring address, device type and time of visit.
- Your preferences: language, theme and cookie choice.
What we use it for
To prepare your reservation, to get back to you, to keep the site running and to see how many people use which section. We do not build individual profiles and we make no automated decisions about you.
Third-party services
- Google Maps: the map in the contact section loads when that part of the page comes into view, and Google sees your IP address at that moment.
- Google Fonts: the typefaces are loaded from Google servers.
- Google Analytics: runs only if a measurement ID has been set in the admin panel and you allowed measurement in your cookie choice.
- WhatsApp and Instagram links take you to those apps; processing there follows their own policies.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, so traffic between your browser and the server is encrypted. The admin panel is password protected and closed to search engines.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
