Under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, we explain below which personal data we process, why, and what your rights are.

Data we process and how we collect it
- When you make a reservation request: name, phone number, date, time, number of guests and your note, if any. There is no form on this site; we receive these only by phone or WhatsApp, and only as far as you tell us.
- Automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser information, page viewed, referring address, device type and time of visit.
- Your preferences: the language you choose (tf_lang cookie) plus your theme and cookie choice (your browser’s local storage).
Purposes
- Receiving and confirming your reservation and preparing your table.
- Answering your questions and staying in touch with you.
- Keeping the site working, spotting errors and producing visit statistics.
- Protecting information security and preventing misuse.
- Meeting obligations arising from applicable legislation.
Legal basis
Reservation data is processed under Article 5/2-c (necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract). Visit and security records rely on the legitimate interest ground in Article 5/2-f. Non-essential measurement cookies run only with your explicit consent, which you can change at any time.
Transfers
Your personal data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing. Our hosting provider stores the data technically. Google Fonts typefaces receive your IP address when the page is displayed. The map frame in the contact section loads when that part of the page comes close to your screen, and Google sees your IP address at that moment — not when you open the page, but when you scroll down to it.
Retention
- Reservation records: none are stored on the website. Phone and WhatsApp exchanges stay on the restaurant’s own devices for as long as the service requires.
- Visit statistics: kept in summary form for as long as the measurement purpose lasts.
- Preference cookies: the language cookie expires after 180 days, the visitor measurement cookie after 365 days.
Your rights
Under Article 11 you may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it is, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, request correction if it is incomplete or wrong, request erasure or destruction, request that these actions be notified to third parties, object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation if you suffer damage.
